Wymagania
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience administering Atlassian environments (Jira, Confluence).
- Documented experience in scripting and automation in Jira (e.g., using ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira).
- Deep knowledge of Jira architecture, including schemes (workflow, permissions, notifications), permissions, and project configuration.
- Experience working with add-ons (plugins) and integrations.
- Analytical thinking skills and ability to independently solve complex problems.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
Obowiązki
- Advanced administration, configuration, and maintenance of Jira instances (Cloud/Data Center).
- Creating and optimizing scripts (e.g., in Groovy/ScriptRunner) to automate complex processes and workflows.
- Designing and implementing custom schemes, issue types, fields, and permissions according to advanced business needs.
- Managing Jira integrations with other tools (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket, CI/CD systems).
- Resolving complex technical and performance issues.
- Acting as an expert and mentor for the team on best practices and capabilities of the Atlassian platform.
- Monitoring application status, performing updates, and managing licenses.
