People Consulting & Insights Manager

• Experience in HR consulting, people advisory, internal consulting, or a closely related field.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in managing stakeholder relationships and building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders or clients.
• Strong analytical aptitude with experience working with data, insights, or analytics in a business context and managing analytical workstreams.
• Significant experience in one or more People (HR) fields such as Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, Reward, Employee Experience, or Learning & Talent Development.
• Experience delivering projects or workstreams within complex programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• People management experience is nice to have.
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken.

• Deliver advisory engagements that support HR leaders to improve processes, policies, and strategy using evidence and insight.
• Lead or contribute to analytical work, insight generation, and data-driven storytelling.
• Build effective working relationships with senior HR stakeholders, acting as a credible and proactive partner.
• Support the shaping of advisory approaches, hypotheses, and recommendations.
• Line manage and develop consultants and analysts, providing coaching and day-to-day leadership.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, practical messages for senior, non-technical audiences.
• Support the evolution and effective use of data products and analytical outputs.
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of Advisory Hub ways of working.
