Senior Product Designer

• Availability for a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave with the ability to ramp up quickly and take immediate ownership.
• Proven track record of shipping complex SaaS or B2B products in a senior role.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong expertise in interaction design and comfort working with dense workflows.
• Extensive experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• High level of autonomy with an ownership-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly and confidently articulate design decisions.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail while balancing speed and delivery.

Nice to have:

• Experience working cross-functionally to actively contribute to a strong design culture.

• 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Knowledge of B2B, SaaS, and Design System.

• Interaction design is a plus.

• Designing and shipping high-quality product experiences in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Designing and delivering complex SaaS workflows utilized by thousands of users.
• Translating product requirements into clear, thoughtful interaction design.
• Partnering with PMs to shape product scope, challenge strategic assumptions, and define technical trade-offs.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to guarantee feasible, high-quality implementation of designs.
• Working within an established design system while creating or refining components.
• Prototyping and iterating rapidly to validate ideas, features, and user flows.
• Refining design solutions using user feedback, analytical data, and usability insights.
