Client Data Engineer (F/M)

drEryk sp. z o.o. has been creating modern IT solutions for the Healthcare sector for over twenty years. Their products are used daily by thousands of doctors, from solo practices to large facilities. They produce a clinic management system supporting patient service and settlements with the National Health Fund (NFZ), assisting specialists across many fields.

• Minimum 3 years of production experience with PostgreSQL
• Strong knowledge of SQL including writing and optimizing complex queries (window functions, CTE, execution plans, indexes)
• Experience migrating data between different engines (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL or similar) to PostgreSQL
• Ability to analyze unknown database structures: recognize models, find dependencies, identify data quality
• Daily use of Git
• Ability to independently manage migrations from source analysis to validation in the target database
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of SQL, Git, PostgreSQL, Oracle DB, MySQL, T-SQL
• Languages: Polish (expert), English (advanced)

• Migrate data to PostgreSQL from client sources such as Oracle, MySQL, CSV, XML, NoSQL, and others
• Write and maintain SQL migration scripts in Git
• Optimize queries and migration processes for time and correctness
• Perform code reviews of migrations by other team members
• Validate data after migration
• Provide 2nd line support for escalated client data issues
• Collaborate with the Gabinet product team on migration tickets
