• Proven track record in managing complex IT projects for the energy sector (eMobility, renewables, utilities).
• Extensive experience delivering under Fixed Price and Time & Material contract models.
• Skilled in risk management and project management.
• Expert proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full accountability for project timelines, scope, budget, and overall quality.
• Leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Architecture) to build scalable digital platforms.
• Identifying and mitigating risks, managing scope changes, and ensuring service stability.
• Clear communication and forecasting across technical, operational, and business teams.
• Delivery planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Change and scope management across evolving technical and business requirements.
• Ensuring delivery alignment with client operational and integration requirements.
• Maintaining delivery predictability and service stability.
