Senior C++ Developer

We are hiring a Senior C++ Developer to join the Trading Group of a well-established US Nasdaq-listed company. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely for a core division specializing in advanced electronic trading solutions for various asset classes, including fixed income and derivatives.

• Minimum 5 years of C++ experience in a Windows/Linux environment, utilizing object-oriented techniques, good testing methodology, and high-quality code.
• Good debugging skills and ability to understand a large codebase.
• Proficiency in multi-threading, STL, Distributed Systems, and network programming.
• Minimum 3 years of database application development experience using SQL and relational database techniques (MS SQL Server preferred).
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience building financial software or trading systems.

Nice to have:

• Experience in developing high-throughput, low-latency, and resilient software.
• Knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript programming.

• Develop and enhance core trading systems for Fixed Income and Derivative Securities.
• Work effectively in a small, high-performing software development team.
• Interact with both technical team members and non-technical business teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our trading technology stack.

Working hours must overlap with New York business hours, preferably a full 8-hour overlap (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET), with a minimum of 6 hours overlap required.
