Delivery Lead / Technical Product Owner

Ework Group is hiring for a Delivery Lead / Technical Product Owner role focused on orchestration teams responsible for system integration and data flow, operating within the financial sector.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or project delivery leader, preferably in Agile environments and the financial sector.
• Technical background including Java Microservices, SQL, PostgreSQL, and API.
• Experience in data integration and sharing is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to support teams in breaking down large functionalities into smaller user stories achievable within a sprint.
• Knowledge and understanding of Agile principles.
• Very good command of English.

• Maximize the value of integrations created by orchestration teams.
• Implement the strategy developed by the IIS Architecture team.
• Create and clearly communicate Product Backlog items.
• Refine and visualize the backlog of orchestration teams according to bank and IIS practices.
• Prioritize Product Backlog items to maximize delivered value.
• Ensure the Product Backlog is transparent, visible, and understood by all stakeholders.
• Define and communicate Program Increment Objectives and team goals.
• Collaborate with architects, Product Management, and stakeholders to ensure smooth Agile value delivery.
• Support solution design meeting IIS architecture requirements and stakeholder needs, including non-functional requirements.
• Cooperate with the Data Team on a shared platform and governance principles.
• Build a shared platform and management model for the Integration Framework.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments at the team level to ensure efficiency.
• Work according to bank standards and guidelines in cooperation with Agile Coach, Scrum Masters, and line managers.
• Participate in organizational forums and Communities of Practice.
• Collaborate daily with orchestration teams.
