Salesforce Consultant/Application Support

Link Group is hiring for a role focused on supporting and customizing Salesforce and ERP systems, with an emphasis on business and IT integration.

• Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Business, IT, or Computer Science.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Good command of English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Strong motivation to learn and develop new skills.
• Well-developed communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CRM/ERP integrations.
• Basic understanding of the real estate industry.
• Familiarity with UML, BPMN, or SQL.
• Experience in data analysis, including SQL-based approaches.

• Provide daily support to users of CRM and ERP systems, ensuring smooth system operation.
• Maintain, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions in line with business needs.
• Analyze business requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of system solutions.
• Test new functionalities and system enhancements prior to deployment.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, reports, and user guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and proactively recommend new tools and solutions.
