Senior Product Manager

• 5+ years of product management experience building user-facing B2B or B2C SaaS products.
• Strong product craft and UX judgment with the ability to simplify complex user journeys.
• Deep user empathy and a problem-solving approach focused on user needs and outcomes.
• Experience building and optimizing end-to-end user flows including onboarding and self-serve experiences.
• Strong experimentation skills including designing and executing A/B tests and interpreting results.
• Data-driven decision-making skills with experience defining metrics and building dashboards.
• Good intuition for where AI adds value in user-facing flows, including tradeoffs around quality, risk, and trust.
• Excellent communication skills to align teams and stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Ownership mindset, bias for action, and comfort operating with ambiguity and multiple stakeholders.

• Own and improve core agreement execution flows to ensure they are intuitive, fast, and reliable.
• Conduct user problem discovery through research, support insights, and behavioral data to define clear problem statements and priorities.
• Simplify complex tasks into guided experiences using UX and product design patterns.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to reduce friction and improve user confidence, defining guardrails and fallback behaviors.
• Build product guidance to help users make correct decisions in compliance-sensitive contexts.
• Drive measurable business outcomes through A/B testing and iterative improvements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, support, sales, and marketing teams to deliver features and ensure strong adoption.
• Define and track KPIs, monitor funnel performance, and build learning loops for continuous product improvement.
