Manager, Product Management

• 7+ years in product management or 10+ years in technology with at least 4 years in product management roles
• 2–3+ years managing product managers or cross-functional product teams
• Proven track record of owning and driving roadmaps across multiple product areas
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with international or English-speaking clients
• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or data-intensive platforms
• Ability to distinguish strategic product work from routine maintenance and defend decisions with engineering
• Coaching orientation to develop product thinking and judgment in the team
• Excellent written and verbal English

• Own the product roadmap across multiple core platform experience areas, driving prioritization and maintaining delivery direction
• Lead, develop, and coach a team of product managers to build product craft and ownership mentality
• Translate strategic priorities into execution plans, aligning local engineering teams and US-based product leadership
• Serve as the primary product voice in cross-functional conversations with engineering, design, and QA
• Balance strategic initiatives, platform health, and roadmap improvements
• Drive adoption of generative AI tools for discovery, research synthesis, backlog refinement, and communication
• Champion AI-assisted prototyping and concept exploration in the discovery process
• Partner with PitchBook product leadership to communicate priorities and represent trade-offs
• Make prioritization decisions and defend them with engineering teams
• Surface resourcing needs, dependencies, and risks proactively
• Evaluate and grow PM performance, establish role expectations, run reviews, and contribute to hiring
• Foster a culture of customer empathy, data-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement
• Represent local PM teams within the broader Product Management organization to strengthen strategic alignment
