Java Technical Leader

Devire IT Outsourcing is a form of collaboration dedicated to IT professionals, based on the principles of self-employment – B2B – and implementing projects for leading clients pursuing innovative and cutting-edge projects. The client operates in the banking industry.

• Several years of experience as a Java Developer / Software Engineer.
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Git.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Jenkins, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and Flyway.
• Ability to design REST APIs and propose architectural solutions.
• Azure knowledge is a plus.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
• Availability to support weekend releases (approximately once every two months).

• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, review, and challenge architectural and technical decisions.
• Develop and maintain applications using Java / Spring Boot.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Write and execute unit and integration tests.
• Support, mentor, and share knowledge within the team.
• Provide application maintenance and L3 production support.
• Participate in releases and help ensure production stability.
