Wymagania
- Experience in implementing IT systems
- Knowledge of logistics processes and the TSL industry
- Higher education in computer science, logistics, or related fields
- Ability to conduct training and support users of the system
- Knowledge of IT tools and technologies used in logistics
- English language proficiency at B2/C1 level
- Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
- Performing duties according to set deadlines and standards
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Crystal Reports is a plus
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of any TMS system
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Crystal Reports
Obowiązki
- Implementing the TMS WinSped® system supporting logistics processes at clients (onsite and online)
- Training users on the operation of the TMS WinSped® system
- Developing implementation plans and executing projects according to the implementation schedule
- Analyzing and optimizing client processes using the TMS WinSped® system
- Coordinating activities between the IT department and Software Development department
- Testing and improving systems implemented within logistics projects
- Monitoring system operation and providing technical support to users
- Reporting progress and results of implementation activities
