Mechanical Engineer (CAE / simulation, automotive)

BING Power Systems Poland is a high-performance engineering design house specializing in complete drive systems and advanced mobility solutions. The company develops concepts, prototypes, validation and testing, and software for various vehicles including two- and three-wheelers, passenger cars, buses, municipal service vehicles, boats, and ships. It is the Polish branch of a German company with a heritage dating back to 1926, delivering solutions to Tier-1 suppliers in automotive and marine industries.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., CAE engineering, simulation engineering, or virtual validation in automotive development).
• Experience with CAE/simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, GT-SUITE, HyperWorks, STAR-CCM+, or similar).
• Knowledge of structural, thermal, fatigue, or vibration analysis.
• Knowledge of material modeling and durability analysis.
• Understanding of automotive product development processes.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related Engineering field.
• Correlation and validation of simulation results with physical testing.
• Experience with CFD or multiphysics simulations.
• Knowledge of automotive standards and regulations.

• Perform CAE simulations and engineering analyses for automotive powertrain and vehicle systems, including structural, thermal, vibration, and durability assessments.
• Analyze simulation results, identify design risks, and propose technical improvements to meet performance, reliability, and cost targets.
• Develop, validate, and optimize simulation models to support product development and engineering decision-making.
• Collaborate with design, testing, and system engineering teams to ensure correlation between simulation and physical test results.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, simulation reports, engineering recommendations, and validation records in compliance with customer and industry requirements.
