• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation / Industry 4.0 within Manufacturing
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in production environments
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into digital/AI solutions (analytics, automation, optimization)
• Understanding of Digital Manufacturing architecture (OT / IT / AI / Cloud)
• Knowledge of agile delivery, MVP development, and experimentation approaches
• Familiarity with Operational Excellence, quality, productivity, or maintenance domains
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• High adaptability and learning agility
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

• Accelerate digital and AI value creation across PMI Manufacturing
• Drive ideation, experimentation, industrialization, and large-scale adoption of digital solutions
• Ensure alignment with global Digital Engineering, IT Tech teams and Digital Delivery Model
• Build sustainable digital and AI capabilities at local and regional level
• Define and evaluate digital and AI opportunities aligned with business priorities by leading Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoVs)
• Validate business impact, technical feasibility, and scalability using a “fail fast, learn fast” approach
