• Minimum 3–5 years of experience testing desktop, web, and mobile applications
• Very good knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience testing multithreaded or highly reliable systems
• Experience with bug tracking systems such as Jira, Redmine, Azure DevOps
• Ability to organize work independently and think analytically
• Attention to quality, detail, and solution stability
• Communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in test automation (e.g., Python, C++, testing frameworks)
• Knowledge of performance or stability testing for desktop applications
• Experience working in Windows (or Linux) environments with native applications
• Experience with long life cycle (legacy) projects

• Designing, preparing, and executing manual and automated tests for desktop and web applications
• Analyzing requirements and technical documentation for testability
• Creating test scenarios, test cases, and bug reports
• Collaborating closely with developers and product teams
• Reproducing, analyzing, and verifying defects (application-level debugging)
• Performing regression, integration, acceptance, and performance tests
• Co-creating and developing testing processes and quality standards
