Grupa KRUK is a company specializing in debt management and servicing. The Data Science team delivers models supporting key operational and valuation processes across all markets where the group operates. The team is undergoing a transformation including the implementation of a cloud analytics platform (Databricks on Azure).
Wymagania
- Excellent knowledge of the Databricks environment in analytics/ML context: MLFlow, Feature Store, Unity Catalog, Online Feature Store.
- Excellent knowledge of Declarative Automation Bundles (formerly Databricks Asset Bundles).
- Excellent knowledge of MLOps practices: GitLab, CI/CD for models/Feature Store, pipeline automation, integrations.
- Knowledge of code/model deployment processes, governance/lineage for models and data, and model lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Spark, Python, Scala, SQL and ability to optimize processes/queries.
- Ability to deploy and maintain applications within Databricks Apps.
- Experience integrating Databricks model serving endpoints with other systems according to Enterprise architecture requirements (kong, grafana, nexus, etc.).
- Experience managing a team of specialists.
Nice to have:
- Databricks certifications in analytics/MLOps/data.
- Knowledge of GCP analytics components (Google BigQuery, Vertex AI Studio).
- Ability to optimize costs for Databricks/Azure/GCP.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Obowiązki
- Support the team implementing the Databricks platform in MLOps aspects including integrations, CI/CD, asset bundles, and pipelines, along with maintenance and development of the platform.
- Maintain current MLOps processes deployed and maintained within existing solutions (MSSQL, mlflow, gitlab, docker, Python, R).
- Lead the MLOps specialists team, develop their competencies, and plan their work.
