Wymagania

  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • Basic knowledge of Windows (including CMD and Event Viewer preferably) and popular software
  • Problem-solving approach and customer-first mindset
  • Great communication skills and team-player attitude
  • Willingness to work shifts between 7 am and 8 pm from the office in Wrocław
  • Familiarity with any ticketing tool is a plus
  • Experience in IT support environment is a plus

  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues
  • Manage and track service requests through the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with expert tech teams to resolve complex problems
