Obowiązki
- Provide support to employees regarding IT system operations
- Prepare IT equipment, telephony, and peripheral devices for use
- Support the IT team in ongoing activities and projects
- Inventory IT assets
- Diagnose and repair IT hardware faults
- Create and maintain up-to-date IT documentation
- Monitor the continuity of IT systems and services
- Administer users in the Active Directory environment
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
