Salesforce Application Manager (m/f/d)

• Bachelor’s degree in (Business) Information Technology and/or completed IT vocational training with relevant continuing education
• Several years of professional experience in CRM at internationally active companies
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform App Builder, Administrator, Developer, Marketing Administrator
• Experience with Salesforce projects, implementation, and development (APEX, LWC, AMPScript)
• Experience with Flows and other declarative development or low-code tools on Salesforce platform
• Experience in CI/CD and Visual Studio Code
• Knowledge of Salesforce Core Tools (e.g., Sales Cloud); experience with Consumer Goods Cloud is desirable
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and implement new technologies and best practices
• Organizational and administrative skills with a solution-oriented approach

• Advising, supporting, managing, and leading large and complex Salesforce projects (focus on Consumer Goods Cloud)
• Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to increase Salesforce efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborating with business units to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Monitoring and managing the lifecycle of services including hardware, software, suppliers, and partners
• Creating IT manuals and training materials and conducting training sessions as needed
• Ensuring documentation, processes, and operational concepts are up to date
• Sourcing, comparing, selecting, recommending, and ordering components of Salesforce services following approval
• Ensuring resolution of issues affecting services at 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels internationally
• Conducting communication for all relevant stakeholders including users, IT management, partners, and vendors
