Management System Specialist – Specjalistka/Specjalista ds. Systemu Zarządzania

SGE S.A. is a company located in Warsaw, Poland, involved in an innovative energy project and operating in an international environment.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Higher education.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially MS Word, MS Visio, MS Excel (pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
• Ability to create both synthetic and descriptive documents.
• Text editing skills.
• Very good command of English (C1 level).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical and logical thinking.
• Proactive approach to tasks and initiative in seeking solutions and improvements.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001:2015).
• Knowledge of MS Sharepoint.

• Creating documentation for the Management System including process descriptions, procedures, instructions, and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborating with Process Owners through communication and meetings regarding documentation creation.
• Administering management system databases (Registers and Dictionary) in Excel and Sharepoint, ensuring their quality and currency.
• Preparing presentations.
