UX/UI Designer

Unisoft Sp. z o.o. is a software producer supporting enterprise management. For 40 years, they have been creating, advising, implementing, and training in supporting most processes occurring in enterprises.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Experience working with Figma (component-based work).
• Ability to design responsive interfaces (web and mobile).
• Experience in creating and developing design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Highly developed communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive approach to professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience designing ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Kendo Design System.
• Familiarity with component documentation tools (e.g., Storybook).
• Ability to use AI for design and work optimization.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Trello).

• Designing mockups and prototypes of user interfaces (web and mobile) according to requirements and the company design system.
• Maintaining and developing the design system and its documentation.
• Creating and updating design standards and component usage guidelines.
• Collaborating with developers, system architects, business analysts, and system analysts.
• Conducting usability tests.
