Wymagania
- Technical education in IT, electronics, automation, or robotics.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a related position.
- Experience in IT hardware administration including documenting service activities and maintaining equipment records.
- Knowledge of managing Windows 11 and Android devices.
- Understanding of LAN and WAN network concepts.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of IT security topics (MFA, backups, password policies).
- Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication and handling technical documentation.
Obowiązki
- Support in maintaining and monitoring existing IT systems and applications used by the company and clients, including direct technical support for employees and users.
- Handle service requests as part of the first line of user support (ServiceDesk) for the company and clients.
- Escalate incidents and faults to the second line of support according to company and client procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware faults and software issues on workstations for the company and clients.
- Ensure continuity and functionality of end-user equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices) in the company and at clients.
- Inventory management, software installation and updates, and workstation configuration for the company and clients.
- Perform daily tasks related to administration of Active Directory and Microsoft Azure (creating and managing accounts, permissions, directory structure, and licenses).
- Participate in IT projects and implementation processes as operational support and according to the company's technological strategy.
- Create user and inventory documentation related to company and client systems and equipment.
- Perform tasks related to maintaining compliance with the Integrated Quality Management System (ISO, etc.).
