Fullstack Developer (Node.js, React, TypeScript)

Effectivity Sp. z o.o. is a company based in Świdnica, Poland, offering projects involving fullstack JavaScript development with technologies such as Node.js, React, and TypeScript.

• Backend: Node.js (TypeORM, Drizzle), NestJS, TypeScript, Hono, Jest (unit & e2e).
• Frontend: React, NextJS, TypeScript.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch.
• DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, basic knowledge of Linux and Apache.
• Communication and events: RabbitMQ.
• Tools: GIT, npm.
• AI: AI SDK.

Nice to have:

• Tailwind CSS, Tanstack, Bootstrap.
• PHP, Symfony (API Platform, Doctrine).
• Experience in programming artificial intelligence.

• Creating new projects from scratch, including architecture design, technology selection, and implementation for both frontend and backend.
• Developing existing projects by adding new features, scaling systems, and optimizing performance.
• Diagnosing and fixing bugs in client-side and server-side code.
• Participating actively in code reviews and mentoring junior team members.
• Regularly reporting task status, work time, and potential risks during project meetings or via tools like Jira/Asana.
• Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation.
• Independently estimating the time required for assigned programming tasks.
