Junior System Administrator

ARCOM is a dynamically developing manufacturing company specializing in steel processing and welding of steel structures, shaping the future of the light steel construction industry.

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar IT administration role.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and experience with Windows Server (minimum 2012 R2).
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English at B1/B2 level.
• Self-reliance in using documentation and technical forums to solve new problems.
• Attention to detail, openness to change, patience in user support, and responsibility for task completion.

• Support users by resolving current technical problems related to hardware and software, mainly in Windows 10 and 11 environments.
• Maintain hardware by inventorying and configuring workstations and managing physical infrastructure order.
• Administer servers, overseeing Windows Server environments from version 2012 R2 upwards.
• Perform basic tasks in virtualization using Proxmox and manage Synology storage arrays.
