• Higher education
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Practical experience with systems: PEX, IMS, FarmaProm (mandatory)
• Very good knowledge of sales and marketing analyses
• Ability to work with large data sets
• Very good knowledge of Excel; knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / SQL is a plus
• Ability to present conclusions clearly to business and management
• Independence, analytical thinking, business-oriented
• Experience in reporting for management
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market (RX, OTC, Consumer Health)
• Experience in project work
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Experience working with AI

• Conduct business analyses for Marketing, Sales, and Management departments
• Analyze sales, market, and marketing data (RX/OTC)
• Work with systems and databases: PEX, IMS, FarmaProm
• Create reports, dashboards, and recommendations supporting business decisions
• Monitor effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities
• Prepare ad hoc analyses for management
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance teams, and external data providers
• Ensure quality, consistency, and interpretation of business data
• Work with AI
