Junior Web Designer

• Knowledge of graphic programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
• Understanding of basic principles of website design and UX/UI
• Creativity, aesthetic sense, and willingness to create modern, visually coherent projects
• Ability to work in a team and openness to feedback
• Attention to detail and project aesthetics
• Willingness to learn new tools and develop graphic skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Communication skills and good work organization

• Independently design websites, including layouts, cuts, logos, and graphic materials
• Create visual identity elements such as iconography, logo variations, and supplementary graphics
• Prepare files for the development team
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure consistency of styles, components, and materials
• Update, develop, and maintain existing graphic projects
• Translate client business needs into coherent and aesthetic graphic solutions
• Cooperate with team leaders or seniors on strategic projects requiring broader visual context
• Ensure high quality, timeliness, and compliance of projects with brief assumptions
• Support junior designers in ongoing tasks when needed
