• Experience working with production systems such as ERP, MES, WMS, or related
• Ability to work with technical, functional, and process documentation
• Experience in testing system changes and error analysis
• Practical skills in preparing or modifying system reports, functions, transactions, and system configurations
• Operational independence, accuracy, and responsibility for work quality
• Ability to cooperate with business users and production environment
• Good work organization and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in a production environment
• Knowledge of implementation or maintenance processes in ERP/MES/WMS systems
• Experience creating instructions, procedures, and user documentation
• Knowledge of system labels, forms, functional configuration, or similar areas
• Basic knowledge of SQL (not required but helpful)

• Preparing and modifying system reports according to documentation and business requirements
• Implementing, configuring, and testing system solutions and algorithms supporting production and logistics processes
• Analyzing errors and participating in removing irregularities (technological, parametric, and process-related)
• Supporting users during system launches and operation with new production solutions
• Developing mechanisms to facilitate system operation such as transactions, functions, forms, and rules
• Designing and implementing new system solutions, e.g., handling inter-warehouse transfers, improving document flow between departments, integration with external companies
• Creating and updating instructions, procedures, and user documentation related to implemented solutions
• Collaborating with production, technology, logistics departments, and external companies during implementations
