Polskie Pracownie Optyczne is an innovative and dynamically growing network of optical salons with nationwide reach in Poland. The company currently operates 66 salons across the country and continues to expand monthly. It manages a retail sales network and is strengthening its structures by implementing new solutions to improve business operations. A strategic project currently underway is central reporting, for which the company is seeking support to implement its assumptions.
Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Very good knowledge of Power BI
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience working with data warehouses
- Knowledge of DAX and Power Query
- Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from data
- Independence and good work organization
- Communication skills and ability to collaborate with business teams
- Knowledge of financial, controlling, and business KPI concepts
Nice to have:
- Experience in automating reporting
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes
- Basic knowledge of Python or other analytical tools
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or financial systems
Obowiązki
- Creating and developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Preparing analyses and summaries in Excel
- Working with data from data warehouses and various source systems
- Analyzing data quality and consistency
- Collaborating with business teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Automating reporting and streamlining analytical processes
- Building data models and preparing data for analysis
- Maintaining existing reports and developing new reporting areas
