• Experience in workshop facilitation
• English language proficiency at C1 level
• Nice to have: training, stakeholder management, agile certifications, mentoring

• Coaching teams and individuals in agile practices
• Facilitating workshops to support agile adoption
• Implementing Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
• Supporting agile transformations within the banking sector
