Software Engineer 2 (Java / Kotlin) - Technical Platform

Allegro is a technology company with over 1,700 tech experts. The team is part of the Core Platform, focusing on a Server-Driven UI platform that enables product teams to ship native experiences directly from the backend. They are scaling Opbox Studio, a next-gen React-based stack, and pivoting to an Agentic AI-first approach to automate UI generation and layout logic.

• Strong coding experience in Kotlin and backend architectures.
• Experience with backend solutions using Spring.
• Willingness to work as a full-stack developer, learning and writing code in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
• Ability to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• English language proficiency at B2+ level.
• Openness to continuous learning, including modern cross-platform rendering, Server-Driven UI, and applied Agentic AI.

• Build and maintain backend services using Kotlin and Spring.
• Develop frontend components using TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
• Design dynamic API contracts and handle complex JSON-based component tree structures.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to deliver internal tools.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the development of AI-driven UI automation and layout logic.
