Chief Technology Officer

• Minimum 8 years of solid technical experience with .NET, Angular, Azure, and AWS.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and working with LLMs in a business context.
• Experience conducting trainings, workshops, or technical mentoring.
• Ability to assess code quality and architecture.
• Experience working with external clients or as a consultant (presales conversations, estimations, kickoffs).
• Technological curiosity and active trend monitoring.
• Proactivity and ability to independently identify areas needing change.
• High empathy, excellent communication, and patience working with people of varying skill levels.
• Proficiency in English allowing fluent communication.

Technology Strategy:

• Co-create the company's technology strategy including development direction, tool and technology selection, and market positioning.

Team Support and Mentoring:

• Support the team in architectural and technical decisions.
• Mentor the development team.
• Participate in technical recruitment processes.

Client Interaction:

• Advise clients during presales and discovery conversations.
• Oversee project kickoffs by supporting architecture design, technology selection, work standards, and AI integration.

AI and Industry Focus:

• Establish standards for AI tool usage and build a culture of active AI work through educational materials, workshops, and team collaboration.
• Explore the FMCG industry specifics (supply chain, IoT, ERP/MES systems) and prepare the company technologically for client challenges.

Market Monitoring:

• Monitor the IT market and recommend new tools, including AI for developers.
