• 4+ years of experience with Java, including multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience with SQL backend, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AI tools such as Cursor AI or Claude.
• Ability to take tasks from requirements to deployment quickly and independently.
• Ability to work within distributed, multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with test-driven development.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of open-source supply chain.
• Experience with cybersecurity.

System Architecture:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems from concept to deployment.

Core Development:

• Develop solutions for processing, storing, and analyzing data at scale.

• Optimize application performance and ensure the reliability of services running in a cloud-native environment.

Data Management:

• Design and maintain complex databases, ensuring data integrity and query efficiency across relational and non-relational systems.

• Manage and implement multi-system integrations, handling high levels of complexity and technical interdependencies.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain high quality.
