Senior Rust Developer

Link Group is hiring for their engineering team in Warsaw to build high-performance trade management systems used globally. The role involves working with Rust to design distributed systems running on AWS, collaborating with .NET engineers, and contributing to global projects.

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong, production-level Rust expertise including async, concurrency, and ownership model
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud architectures
• Familiarity with C#/.NET and AWS is a plus

• Build and optimize Rust-based distributed systems handling high data volumes
• Profile, benchmark, and fine-tune performance and cost efficiency in AWS
• Contribute to architecture decisions and end-to-end system ownership
• Collaborate with global engineering teams across Europe, the US, and Asia
