Remote SuccessFactors Integration Specialist

Sweco Polska is an international company managing an SAP applications portfolio with a high-performing team of 11 colleagues based primarily in Sweden, the Netherlands, and Norway. The team works across locations using digital tools to collaborate effectively on business-critical HR solutions in a global environment.

• 2+ years of experience working with SuccessFactors integrations
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Solid understanding of integration flows, message transformation, and data transmission between systems
• Experience in troubleshooting application or integration-related issues
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite or other middleware platforms
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, REST/SOAP, XML, or JSON
• Experience working in a global HR systems environment
• Swedish language skills

• Developing and implementing inbound and outbound integration improvements and enhancements based on business needs
• Supporting and maintaining existing integrations, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents related to data flows, tickets, and user access
• Supporting system updates, releases, and upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption to users
• Ensuring all integration solutions follow IT security policies and compliance standards
• Continuously monitoring application and integration performance to ensure stable operations and proactively prevent potential issues
• Working closely with key users to understand their needs and assisting with technical challenges
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides
• Gathering user feedback to identify recurring issues and propose long-term fixes
