Solution Architect

IT Talento is part of the HICRON Group, an organization supporting companies in technology projects, digital transformations, and SAP and IT solutions development. The group collaborates with around 1000 experts and consultants on projects in Poland and abroad, including SAP implementations, migrations to SAP S/4HANA, dedicated application and system development, integration projects, IT environment modernization, and business automation and transformation initiatives. They serve various market sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, energy, chemical, and FMCG, providing specialists with diverse technological, business, and project environments.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture, development, or technical leadership
• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Engineering and related cloud components
• At least 5 years hands-on experience with Databricks (Notebook, Workflow, DLT, ML), Azure Data Factory, Power BI, SQL, Python
• Experience designing backend and frontend solutions
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience with Azure infrastructure, IAM, RBAC, ADLS
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure production environments
• Knowledge of data modeling and star schema
• Experience working with SAP as a data source
• Experience in Agile/product-driven teams
• Ability to manage technical priorities and team delivery
• Very good English language skills (minimum B2)
• Higher technical education (Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related)

• Designing and developing solution architecture for data & analytics products
• Creating scalable, modular, and reliable solutions supporting financial analytics
• Collaborating with development teams, technical leads, and business stakeholders
• Defining and implementing best practices in development, CI/CD, testing, and deployment automation
• Developing products based on Azure Data Engineering and Databricks
• Creating and enhancing dashboards, data applications, and tools supporting data-driven decision making
• Managing technical backlog and architectural priorities
• Supporting the team in resolving technical issues and removing blockers
• Collaborating in an Agile environment with product teams
