Senior AI Engineer

Link Group is developing a high-performance trading application processing large volumes of data, using Rust and C# technologies, with a focus on deeper AI adoption across engineering and operational workflows.

• Strong experience as a Software Engineer or AI Engineer using Python or other languages in production environments
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or generative AI applications including LLMs, automation, and agentic workflows
• Strong engineering mindset and ability to work with complex, distributed systems
• Openness to working in multi-language environments such as Python, C#, and Rust
• Experience building automation or AI-driven tools that improve engineering productivity
• Understanding of data-heavy or high-performance systems is a strong plus

Nice to have:

• Experience with trading systems or high-volume data processing
• Exposure to Rust or C# environments
• Experience integrating AI into real engineering workflows beyond prototypes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Experience building agent-based or workflow automation systems

• Design and build AI-driven solutions and automation supporting a trading platform
• Develop tools for AI integration, data processing, and workflow automation
• Introduce and scale AI usage across engineering workflows including development, testing, debugging, and optimization
• Collaborate with engineers working in Rust and C# to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems
• Support automation initiatives across the full software development lifecycle
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making
• Contribute to system design for scalable, high-volume data processing environments
