UX/UI Designer

IT Talento is part of the HICRON Group, an organization supporting companies in technology projects, digital transformations, and SAP and IT solutions development. The group collaborates with around 1000 experts and consultants on projects in Poland and abroad, including SAP implementations, migrations to SAP S/4HANA, dedicated application development, IT environment modernization, and business automation initiatives. They serve various market sectors such as production, automotive, energy, chemistry, and FMCG, providing specialists with diverse technological and business project experiences.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or UX/UI Product Designer
• Very good knowledge of Figma (components, variants, prototyping, libraries)
• Experience working with design tokens and large Design Systems
• Knowledge of Tokens Studio is a strong advantage
• Ability to design based on component libraries
• Good knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with developers
• Experience in responsive design
• Understanding of designing for multiple touchpoints and brands
• Systematic and organized approach to design
• Proactivity and independence in proposing solutions
• Communication skills and very good English (minimum B2)
• Portfolio showcasing real, complex products
• Experience in e-commerce
• Experience in user research and using insights to optimize UX
• Knowledge of conversion optimization and customer journey

• Designing and developing UX/UI for e-commerce platforms
• Creating intuitive, aesthetic, and consistent user experiences
• Utilizing Design System components and co-creating new components based on design tokens
• Collaborating closely with frontend teams on component and UI pattern development
• Creating prototypes, mockups, and final interfaces in Figma
• Conducting user tests and A/B tests
• Designing experiences that support customer journey and e-commerce conversion
• Presenting and justifying design decisions to stakeholders
