Senior Java Developer in FinTech (m/f/d)

• Proven hands-on FinTech experience including processing financial transactions within a financial ledger system.
• Integration with card processors for managing payment cards and processing card-based transactions.
• Use of external payment instruments to execute financial operations.
• Development or integration of lending platforms to support loan origination, servicing, and management.
• Integration of multiple financial systems across domestic and international environments.
• Strong experience in Java development.
• Solid foundational knowledge of containerization (Docker, Helm).
• Proven experience in Application security.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL).

Nice to have:

• Experience in Vue and TypeScript development.
• Understanding of AI-assisted development workflows (context building, agentic usage, MCP).

• Play a key role in driving architectural improvements and guiding the evolution of system architecture.
• Lead a team and take ownership of technical direction.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives from planning through execution.
• Apply expertise in cloud-native and container-based technologies into architectural solutions.
• Analyze and translate Operations & Maintenance requirements into solution design.
• Analyze and translate non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, reliability, traceability, logging) into solution design.
• Analyze and translate security requirements into solution design.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
