Product Manager

Remitly Poland sp. z o.o. is a fintech company focused on building financial infrastructure to support accurate book closing, scaling to new products and markets, and maintaining financial controls required of a public company. The roles are part of the Finance Platform team in Krakow, working on accounting and reconciliation platforms.

• Demonstrated AI fluency with ability to identify impactful AI/ML applications and practical experience shipping AI-powered product features
• 3–5 years of product management experience partnering with engineering teams or equivalent with demonstrated product proficiency
• Strong data and analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau), or Python
• Nice to have: finance or fintech experience, familiarity with accounting concepts and finance platform services, experience with data engineering or ETL pipelines

• Own the product backlog for the platform, develop clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and lead cross-functional execution with engineering to deliver reliable, on-time outcomes
• Translate complex requirements from Finance stakeholders into well-scoped user stories and product solutions
• Leverage AI tooling to improve platform configurability and accelerate adoption of new use cases, applying judgment on automation versus human oversight
• Identify and drive automation of manual workflows to reduce operational burden and improve platform scalability
• Partner with Engineering on tradeoffs between rapid iteration and foundational investments for a sustainable, high-control platform
• Define success metrics for initiatives and communicate progress transparently to senior stakeholders
