Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role, including extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Strong experience designing, managing, and optimizing Azure-based cloud environments and Azure DevOps pipelines
• Practical experience with Azure App Services and Azure Functions
• Experience supporting .NET-based application environments
• Solid knowledge of Azure API Management (APIM) and Web Application Firewall (WAF)
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, preferably using the AzureRM provider
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment best practices
• Experience working on cloud migration or modernization projects
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate across multiple teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English (min. B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience working with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or GCP
• Experience applying GenAI in a structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work
• Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches

• Supporting and driving cloud migration initiatives across business-critical systems
• Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Managing and optimizing Azure-based infrastructure and application environments
• Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code practices
• Collaborating with development and architecture teams to ensure reliable and scalable deployments
• Improving platform security, performance, and operational efficiency
• Supporting application services and cloud-native solutions throughout the software delivery lifecycle

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
