Junior Fullstack Developer (Java/Kotlin/TypeScript)

• Basic knowledge of Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, and TypeScript (including academic, hobby, or internship projects)
• Enjoy working in a team, open to discussions, sharing ideas, and collaborative problem-solving
• Practical approach to problems, seeking pragmatic solutions and focusing on real user needs
• Desire to create software with user focus, collaborating with business, engaging in requirements analysis, proposing improvements
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Ability to work at least 4/5 of full-time (UoP/UZ)

• Develop products under the supervision of experienced team members, learning best practices and effective collaboration
• Participate in requirements analysis and solution design
• Ensure application stability by testing, monitoring systems, analyzing logs, and implementing reliability mechanisms
• Update and maintain documentation to support the team and product development
• Work in an Agile environment
• Meet with the team in Wrocław at least 2-3 times per week to benefit from mentoring and foster collaboration and atmosphere
