AI Engineer Python / MLOps

Makeitright Sp. z o.o. is recruiting an AI Engineer for a long-term project with one of the largest banks in Poland, focusing on AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud technologies.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or related role.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience building and deploying Machine Learning and AI models.
• Knowledge of MLOps concepts.
• Experience automating CI/CD processes for ML models.
• Ability to design and maintain ML pipelines.
• Familiarity with model monitoring and lifecycle management tools.
• Ability to collaborate with Data Science and DevOps teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with ML pipeline orchestration tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM).
• Experience in projects for the financial sector.

• Design, develop, and maintain MLOps pipelines including training, deployment, and monitoring of ML and AI models.
• Automate CI/CD processes for machine learning models.
• Scale and optimize model training processes in cloud environments.
• Monitor model performance, analyze model drift, plan retraining, and optimize model efficiency.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Software Engineering, and DevOps teams on AI solution design and implementation.
• Participate in building modern and scalable AI-based solutions.

Only candidates able to work hybrid in Warsaw (4 days remote, 1 day in office) are considered.
