Cloud Engineer GCP + SAS Viya

Makeitright Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for a Cloud Engineer to work on a long-term project for a major client in the Polish banking sector, focusing on Google Cloud Platform and SAS Viya environments.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAS Viya platform.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud security solutions.
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Knowledge of cloud network security (Firewall, VPN, certificates, security policies).
• Ability to design and build CI/CD pipelines with security tools.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM Templates, CloudFormation, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of containerization and virtualization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Basic administration of Linux or Windows Server systems.
• Knowledge of Ansible.
• Ability to script in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

• Design, implement, and develop environments on Google Cloud Platform.
• Administer and develop the SAS Viya platform.
• Design and implement secure cloud solutions.
• Create and develop CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools.
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and IT Architecture teams.
• Optimize and maintain containerized environments.
