PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. is a company working on financial product development and sales support through data science and machine learning solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning or Data Science with production projects.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, LightGBM, or XGBoost.
• Experience in building, training, and validating supervised ML models.
• Knowledge of SQL and SQL Server, including query optimization and working with large data volumes.
• Skills in data preparation and feature engineering.
• Experience deploying models to production environments.
• Familiarity with MLOps best practices including model versioning, CI/CD, and Docker.
• Ability to work with data pipelines and ETL tools like SSIS and Python.

• Work on predictive models related to financial product sales and business areas.
• Develop and maintain the ecosystem for model production and deployment, including data processing and architecture.
• Implement models into production environments via APIs, batch processing, and system integration.
