Koordynator Testów

Scalo is a company involved in projects within the financial sector, including areas such as credits, scoring, AML, and monitoring.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in test coordination or managing a testing team
• Experience in software testing (manual and/or automated)
• Ability to create test strategies and plan end-to-end test cycles
• Knowledge and practical application of testing methodologies (e.g., ISTQB)
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to plan, supervise, and report system, regression, and UAT tests
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and testing
• Experience in financial projects (credits, scoring, AML, monitoring)
• Defect management skills (prioritization, monitoring, reporting)
• Strong organizational skills for project and release testing
• Effective collaboration with Product Owners, analysts, and developers
• Ability to enforce tasks, manage priorities, and resolve conflicts
• Accuracy, good organization, and resilience under time pressure
• Risk identification and proposing corrective actions
• Team motivation and effective task delegation
• ISTQB certification is a significant advantage

• Plan and coordinate the testing process in projects
• Create test strategies, test plans, and schedules
• Organize and conduct acceptance tests (UAT) with the business
• Collaborate with analysts and IT teams
• Prepare test scenarios and cases
• Supervise test execution and report progress
• Manage defects (registration, prioritization, monitoring)
• Identify quality risks and recommend actions
• Support deployments (go-live) and verify systems after changes
• Improve testing processes and implement QA best practices
• Work in a hybrid model with one day per week in the Warsaw office
