Manulal Tester/QA

Scalo is a company involved in developing and maintaining integrations within the Synergi Life ecosystem, enabling reliable and scalable data exchange between Synergi Life and external systems. The product team is distributed, including engineers in Poland and India, and operates in a hybrid work model with meetings twice a week at the client's office in Gdynia.

• Experience testing complex integrations in SaaS or multi-tenant environments.
• Experience testing REST APIs.
• Ability to validate data flows between systems.
• Practical experience with testing tools or scripts such as Bruno, Postman, PowerShell, and Python.
• Experience working with distributed or multi-system environments.
• Ability to work independently as the main tester in a team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with event-driven architecture (e.g., queues, Azure Service Bus, CloudEvents).
• Understanding of asynchronous processes and integration patterns.
• Experience analyzing logs and telemetry.
• Exposure to test automation in integration contexts.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tools.

• Participate in the development and maintenance of standard integrations in the Synergi Life ecosystem to ensure reliable and scalable data exchange.
• Work independently as the main tester within a distributed product team.
• Validate data flows between systems.
• Test APIs (REST) and complex integrations in SaaS or multi-tenant environments.

Work model is hybrid with meetings twice a week at the client's office in Gdynia.
