Data Analyst (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems for clients mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing.

• Practical knowledge of Collateral Management
• Experience in building, validating, and maintaining quantitative models, especially predictive and risk models (e.g., VaR)
• Good knowledge of time series analysis and market data
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability theory
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis/modeling libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
• Experience in model calibration, backtesting, and evaluating model quality and effectiveness
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets

Nice to have:

• Experience in finance, particularly risk management, trading, portfolio management, or treasury
• Knowledge of machine learning methods and experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch frameworks
• Experience working with Bloomberg/Calypso

The recruitment process consists of two stages: a short (~20 minutes) phone interview with HR and an online technical talk (~1 hour) with the client, including experience and technical knowledge questions.
