IT Asset Management Specialist

• Experience in IT asset management, software/license management, IT procurement, or IT hardware integration and deployment.
• Good understanding of IT hardware, software licensing, vendor management, and standards.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software for data analysis, reporting, and inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with online reporting tools and BI systems for asset inventory data.
• Knowledge of fixed asset and invoice processing principles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and process accuracy.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder cooperation skills.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving.
• Good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP/procurement systems (SAP or similar).
• Background in generating SQL-based database reports.
• Hands-on knowledge of GLPI and OCS.
• Knowledge of ITSM Tools.
• Experience in the gaming, software, or technology industry.

• Execute acquisition procedures of IT hardware, software, licenses, and IT-related services.
• Monitor license renewals, maintenance agreements, and contract expiration dates.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement, financial, and licensing standards.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, hardware, and software inventory.
• Coordinate purchasing processes for development equipment and studio IT infrastructure.
• Support accounting processes related to fixed and intangible assets.
• Cooperate with Finance, Legal, Security, Controlling, Procurement, and Operations teams on asset-related matters.
• Support, improve, and optimize purchasing and approval workflows.
• Support hardware lifecycle management, including repairs, replacements, and disposal.
• Explore potential IT solutions, offers, and vendors for negotiations.
