Test Manager

DXC Technology Polska is involved in delivering solutions to international customers in the engineering industry, focusing on Data & AI practices.

• University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.).
• Experience in managing test projects including strategy, planning, and estimations.
• Experience in SIT and UAT testing.
• Experience in Defect Management.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous with strong ownership and drive to get things done.
• Eagerness to learn and adaptability to changes.

Nice to have:

• ISTQB Test Manager certification.
• Experience with qTest.
• Familiarity with ITIL methodology.
• Experience working in a multinational environment.

• Develop Test Plan and Test Strategy for new solutions.
• Oversee execution and completion of end-to-end Test Activities.
• Prepare and execute Test Kick-off.
• Prepare Test Strategy.
• Review and approve Test Execution Plans for SIT and UAT.
• Review and approve test specifications for SIT and UAT.
• Deliver traceability from requirements to SIT and UAT Test Cases.
• Facilitate test readiness and coordinate with Test Environment readiness for SIT and UAT.
• Prepare Test Closeout Report at the end of Testing Activities.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, technical leaders, business analysts, and other test team members.
