Data Delivery Manager

We are supporting a long-term project for a major EU public-sector organization.

• Certification in IT service management (e.g., ITIL Foundation) and certification in data architecture (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional - Associate Level).
• At least 3 years of completed university studies in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in ICT, including a minimum of 3 years related to the typical tasks of the Data Delivery Manager role.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of Data Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, with at least one project lasting one year and a budget of at least EUR 2 million.
• Near-site availability to Luxembourg.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

• End-to-end delivery of data management services provided by the service provider.
• Coordination of technical data management tasks across architecture integration, data quality, master data management, analytics, and documentation.
• Ensuring delivery meets agreed scope, service levels, quality standards, and governance requirements.
• Serving as the primary interface between the customer's data organization and the extended delivery team.
• Overseeing planning, resource allocation, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with enterprise data governance, architecture standards, and operating models.
• The role of the Data Delivery Manager can be combined with the role of Data Governance Consultant.
